Quality Manager (Quality System Manager)

Biofiber-Damino A/S is seeking an experienced and structured

Quality Manager (Quality System Manager)

to manage and further develop the company's management system

within the food and feed sector.

The position reports to top management and plays a central role in ensuring that

the company's quality and safety work is documented, implemented

and anchored in the organization in accordance with applicable

certifications, legislation and customer requirements.

About the position

As Quality Manager you are System Owner and the professional key person

for the company's KLS/QMS.

You work at the intersection of operations and Management

and are responsible for ensuring continued compliance

with feed and food legislation and certifications.

We are ISO 22000, GMP+, Pastus+ and VLOG certified and

have a solid quality management system,

which you will help us maintain and further develop

through staff training, audits, deviations and system administration.

As our Quality Manager, you will lead and coordinate the food- and feed safety team

(HACCP team) — where we ensure feed and food safety. You will participate in our work

with labeling and marketing of products, by knowing the rules for this.

The position also includes professional product registrations, handling of customer requirements and

establishment of requirements for measuring instruments. You also play an important role in communicating

authorities' requirements for order and cleaning in production and ensure that these requirements are implemented

and understood in the organization.

Your profile

Relevant education in foods, feeds, quality or similar

Experience with ISO 22000, GMP*

Formal training as Internal Auditor, at minimum

Experience with HACCP, audits and regulatory contact

Systematic, structured and professionally strong

Able to work independently and communicate professionally with both operations and management
