Real Estate Agent Trainee wanted at home v/Hammerbak, Khamseh & Poulsen

Due to high activity at home v/Hammerbak, Khamseh & Poulsen we are now seeking ambitious real estate agent trainees for our offices - with start as soon as possible and no later than 1 June 2026 . We have offices in Vesterbro, Carlsberg Byen, Inner City Copenhagen and Christianshavn, so one of these will become your daily workplace.

We are looking for you who are passionate about the real estate brokerage trade and are motivated by working with people in a daily life where pace, quality and relationships go hand in hand.

We expect that you

• Trives in working with and through people
• Are approachable, energetic and results-oriented – with a logical and structured approach to your tasks
• Are well-liked, outgoing and a skilled networker
• Are prepared for a daily life with busyness and flexible working hours , as we work when customers have needs
• Can maintain overview and handle many tasks simultaneously
• Have an interest in and understanding of social media
• Have a good sense of place and knowledge of Copenhagen (you do not need to be grown up here)
• Have a natural sales talent and a strong drive
• Are willing to make an extraordinary effort to reach your goals
