Renovation project manager sought for MMAKE

Are you naturally structured in your work, because you value that there is control over the details and progress? Are you thorough by nature and have control of project planning?

We are indeed looking for a project manager who can help us with renovations of, among other things, facades, roofs and windows. We are looking for someone who can maintain an overview and keep track of the details, and we would like you to be best at project planning and scheduling of projects.

Hours: Full-time

Start date : To be agreed (we conduct ongoing interviews, and hire when we find the right person)

Location : Herlev

• You are good at driving tasks and ensuring they are completed as agreed and with high quality. You finish your work thoroughly, and you have control of the details. You value good structure.
• It is easy for you to learn new things. You enjoy expanding your learning and knowledge, and it feels stimulating to learn new things. You are often quick to grasp new things, which gives you energy.

Your responsibilities

• Ongoing dialogue with all stakeholders such as: client, residents, contractors and authorities.
• Prepare authority projects – application for building permit.
• Design and preparation of tender material.
• Initiate and coordinate preliminary investigations, e.g. environmental or biological studies.
• Registration of existing conditions.
• Prepare drawings and work descriptions for tender material.
• Quality assurance of projects and processes along the way.

• Construction management of projects from start to finish, including holding construction meetings and supervising the execution of work.

What we expect from you

• You must have relevant experience with project management within construction.
• You are good at working independently and proactively taking responsibility for the process.
• You are good at communicating clearly and creating reassurance.
• You are for example a building constructor, building engineer or architect.
