RensFyn is seeking an experienced window cleaner with professional responsibility for our window-cleaning team

EXPERIENCED WINDOW CLEANER WANTED – ARE YOU THE ONE WHO CAN FILL THE BIG SHOES? 💪

After 10 years in the industry, one of our skilled and valued employees has decided that it's time to try their hand at something entirely different. Of course we understand, but it leaves some pretty big shoes to fill!

Therefore we are now looking for a new colleague who is not only really good at window cleaning but also has the experience, overview and desire to take professional responsibility for our window cleaning team.

We are not looking for someone who has to learn to clean windows. We are looking for someone who can also teach others.

What does the job entail?

You will become an important part of the daily operations at RensFyn, where you will both perform window cleaning and act as a professional sparring partner and chairman for your colleagues.

Your tasks will include

• Traditional window cleaning for both private and commercial customers
• Window cleaning with a pure water system
• Interior window cleaning
• Site inspection of tasks and preparation of quotes for private and commercial clients in close collaboration with management
• Professional leadership and sparring with our other window cleaners
• Training of new colleagues and further development of existing staff
• Quality control and ensuring that the work meets RensFyn's standards

In other words, you must be able to deliver a great result yourself and be the colleague others naturally turn to when they need a good piece of advice.

Who are you?

First and foremost you are an EXPERIENCED window cleaner . You know the trade, the techniques and the small details that make the difference between a job that is done and a job that is done properly.

We expect you to

• Have solid, practical experience with both traditional window cleaning and clean-water systems
• Be proficient in interior window cleaning
• Can work independently, efficiently and with high quality
• Have experience with or the skills to assess and price tasks
• Have natural overview and can take responsibility and lead
• Be good at teaching others and giving constructive feedback
• Be service-minded, reliable and take pride in your work
• You must be able to communicate confidently and independently in Danish – both spoken and written.

The role involves extensive and independent communication with both private and commercial customers, including advising, aligning expectations and preparing written offers.

In addition, as chairman you will have responsibility for professional training, instruction and sparring with our other employees in close cooperation with management.

Therefore it is a necessary requirement that you can express yourself clearly, precisely and effortlessly in Danish and ensure that both customers and colleagues understand agreements, instructions and professional guidelines correctly.

You do not necessarily need to have held the title chairman before, but you must have the professional experience and the personal attributes that enable you to perform the role.
