🚗 PARTS SALESPERSON IN NÆSTVED – YOU KNOW FULL WELL THAT 'IT FITS OK' IS NOT A PRODUCT NUMBER

We are looking for a parts clerk in Næstved who has worked with spare parts before and at the same time has experience with sales and customer service .

You must be able to find the right part, talk to the customer and get the transaction through. We are therefore looking for a profile that already knows the industry and can come in and contribute from the start.

🔧 SPARE PARTS SHOULD NOT BE NEW TO YOU

You can come from auto dismantling, parts sales or the mechanical trade . Your title is less important – your experience is not.

You must have worked with spare parts and know how to find the right one when the customer has a car, model, year and a problem that needs to be solved.

At the same time sales and customer service are a requirement .

If you are a mechanic with lots of spare parts knowledge but have never worked with customers or sales, this is therefore not the position we are looking for you for.

💻 PARTSLINK24 – IF YOU KNOW IT, WE ARE WELL ON OUR WAY

We work with Partslink24 as well as a newer system that resembles it .

If you have experience with Partslink24, that is a big plus. Otherwise you need to be good at IT and used to digital spare parts catalogs and systems so you can navigate quickly.

🛠️ YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

You will, among other things, work with

• Sales and handling of spare parts
• Telephone and in-person customer inquiries
• Searching for and identifying spare parts
• Order processing and follow-up
• Partslink24 and other IT systems
• Collaboration around inventory, cars and spare parts

In the beginning the job is a combined position , where you sit with spare parts dispatch, customers and sales.

When you have settled properly into the job, the plan in the long term is to split the functions up , so the position can become more specialized.

💰 PERMANENT POSITION

You get permanent work , and the salary is agreed according to qualifications and experience.

We do not expect you to know everything about all cars. But spare parts, customers and sales should not be three new areas you have to learn at the same time.
