Rinkenæs Børneunivers – Børnehuset is looking for two educators

The positions are 37 hours but we are flexible

Start date: January 1, 2027

Rinkenæs Børneunivers was established on January 1, 2025 as a merger of daycare and school. Although we still operate on two sites, we expect the daycare to move into new premises at the school in 2028. You will therefore be part of a house that is in development, and where we together create the framework for a unified children’s universe.

In the daycare we work teambased on a continuous learning model. We plan, implement, evaluate and document our practice, and the new knowledge we use to adjust the direction and strengthen quality. It is a way of working where we develop practice together and build on shared reflection and professionalism.

About the position

Competence – who are we looking for?

We are looking for preschool teachers who want to be close to the children, play, be curious and create secure relationships. You must be able to read the child’s emotional state and at the same time have an eye for the community. It is important that you can maintain calm and an overview in pressured situations and engage positively in collaboration with both colleagues and parents. We expect you to be professionally engaged, proactive and motivated to translate knowledge into practice.

We are looking for colleagues who are investigative and happy to try new ideas. A colleague who asks questions and contributes to us developing our practice together and creating new perspectives in the house.

Salary and conditions of employment

Salary is set according to the current collective agreement. Employment requires a clean child-safety certificate and a satisfactory criminal record. Your employment will be at Rinkenæs Børneunivers, including Børnehuset Rinkenæs
