Rybners Handelsgymnasium HHX seeks teacher

Rybners Handelsgymnasium is experiencing increased student intake and therefore seeks a teacher for remaining hours in social studies.

The position is aimed at both newly graduated candidates and experienced high school teachers. We expect that you have a relevant master’s degree and possess solid subject competencies within social studies. In addition, we value that you are curious, empathetic, relationship-building, and have strong communication skills.

Salary and terms of employment

The job can be filled as part-time or as a part-time teacher. The employment can therefore be arranged in accordance with the applicable Circular on the State Employees’ Agreement or the Civil Service’s Circular No. 4-01 of 17 January 2001 on hourly-paid teaching.

If you are employed under the Circular on the State Employees’ Agreement, you are paid as a candidate in the salary progression steps 4 (2-year), 5, 6, 8. The salary including teaching allowance for a full-time employee corresponds to a base salary from DKK 34,376 to DKK 44,569 depending on your seniority. If you are employed under Civil Service Circular No. 4-01 of 17 January 2001 on hourly-paid teaching, you are paid an hourly wage of DKK 288.95 per teaching hour/ DKK 481.59 per instructional hour. Local supplements may be agreed based on academic or personal qualifications.

The place of employment includes all of Rybners’ addresses in Esbjerg.
