Sales Assistant in Aalborg

We are looking for someone who wants to become a regular part of the team and help ensure that our customers have a good experience - every time they visit the store.

The role as sales assistant

As a sales assistant your primary task is to give our customers the best experience when they visit our store. Therefore we are looking for someone who is good at building relationships and who is passionate about helping customers in the best possible way through their buying journey. The most important thing is that you are motivated to optimize the customer and purchase experience and love delivering the best service time and time again.

The position is full-time.

Your main tasks include

• Greet the customer warmly in the store and identify the customer's needs
• Guide and service the customer, from start to finish in their purchase process and communicate relevant information about the individual product and brand history in an authentic way
• Create a good mood and positive atmosphere in the store for customers and colleagues
• Ensure daily that the store is always neat and tidy
• Optimize your work and sales process based on selected KPIs
• Be an ambassador for Ditur and our products
