Sales Assistant for A&G Silkeborg – 20–25 hours per week

We are opening A&G Silkeborg with a shop-in-shop concept and are seeking an engaged sales assistant for 20–25 hours per week with a start date of 25 November 2026.

At A&G Silkeborg we sell women's clothing from selected suppliers. We place great emphasis on good teamwork, high professionalism and an informal tone of communication.

YOUR PRIMARY JOB TASKS

• Customer guidance: Advise and help customers so they leave the store happy.
• Cash handling: Ensure quick and friendly service at the till.
• Stock handling: Receive, unpack and stock merchandise on the shelves.
• Store presentation: Ensure the store appears clean, inviting and sale-ready.
• Visual merchandising: Create attractive displays and decorate according to our concepts.

• Are service-minded and put the customer at the centre.
• Are a team player who can also work independently and take responsibility.
• Keep an overview when the store is busy.

Experience from the retail sector or a qualification as a sales assistant is an advantage but not a requirement – the most important is your attitude.

THE PRACTICAL

Working hours: 20–25 hours per week within the store's opening hours, on weekdays and occasional Saturdays. Weekly days off by agreement.

Start date: 25 November 2026.
