About the position

On behalf of Bonliva, Academic Work is currently searching for the company’s next sales‑oriented recruitment consultant for their new office in Copenhagen. At Bonliva, which is the Nordic leader in health and social care staffing, they make a noticeable difference in the healthcare sector every day. In this role you will play a key part in Bonliva’s growth journey in the Danish market, where you will largely have the opportunity to put your own mark on daily life and the business.

You will become a central part of the startup in Copenhagen, where you, in close collaboration with experienced colleagues in Denmark and Sweden, will be responsible for proactively finding new clients as well as engaging and matching skilled candidates. — this is a distinctly outbound role with a strong sales drive, where you will have your hands in both the client and recruitment process—from the first client dialogue to recruiting and matching the right candidate to the client’s needs.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the proactive sales process and for matching skilled SOSU workers, nurses and social professionals with the needs of clients in the healthcare sector. You will have extensive contact with stakeholders and act as the link between strong candidates and the market.

Your tasks will be carried out in a high‑tempo daily routine and will include, among other things:

• Hunt and build relationships: Proactively approach and build client relationships as well as candidate networks within the health and social sector.
• Match and execute: Ensure the perfect match between candidates’ competencies and the needs of municipalities and regions.
• Quality assure the process: Conduct interviews, obtain references and ensure a high standard from first contact to hire.
• Develop the business: conduct market research, expand candidate networks and collaborate closely with colleagues in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
• Lay the foundation: Actively contribute to creating structure, processes and a winning culture at the new office.
• Actively participate in employer branding activities
• Maintain and update candidate data in our ATS system

We are looking for someone who

• Has a natural commercial mindset, not being discouraged by a no, and is motivated by seeing results on the bottom line.
• Thrives with proactive outreach, loves talking to new people and is strong at building and maintaining long‑term relationships.
• Is a “doer” who works independently and takes ownership of their own results.
• Has some form of higher education.
• Speaks and writes fluent Danish and masters English at a high level.
• Is based in or around Copenhagen.

It’s advantageous if you have

• Experience from proactive sales, customer service or recruitment.
• Interest in the health or social care sector.
