Sales backup sought

Would you like to become part of our strong sales organization and support our sales consultants in their busy daily work and act as a link between them and our customers?

We are seeking a skilled and structured sales backup for our team at the office in Vejle.

Responsibilities

· Internal sales backup for our sales consultants.

· Order entry and follow-up on customer orders, including returns.

· Sparring and relief of administrative tasks for sales consultants.

· Keeping customer information and price lists up to date.

· Help with the preparation of larger offers for larger customers.

· Daily administrative tasks and relief of customer service during peak periods.

· Participate in the daily tasks at the office in collaboration with your colleagues.

We are looking for a employee who

· Is service-minded, detail-oriented and always follows through on tasks.

· Works in a structured way and takes ownership of tasks and areas of responsibility.

· Is reliable in meetings and flexible in terms of giving extra effort when the situation requires it.

· Trives with an informal and straightforward omgangstone at the office.

· Preferably has knowledge of Navision C5 and the Office package.

· Has experience from a similar position.
