For our department in Holstebro we are now seeking a sanitizer, who is eager for an active and versatile workday with responsibility, professional challenges and good colleagues.

You will become part of a team where we help each other and together find the best solution – both for the customer and for the individual assignment.

About the job

As a sanitizer at Ocab you will work with different types of damage service tasks for private individuals, businesses and professional customers.

It is an active and practical job, where you use your body during the workday. The tasks may include handling and moving the customers' furniture and belongings, and you may also work with industrial tasks and tasks at height.

You work both independently and together with your colleagues and project managers. What is common to the tasks is that we meet the customer professionally, work efficiently and deliver a result we can stand behind.

Your primary tasks

• Exposing and demolition in connection with water damage
• Mold remediation
• Setup and monitoring of dehumidification equipment
• Handling and moving of furniture and belongings
• Documentation of tasks from start to finish
• Participation in our 24/7 on-call schedule
• Close collaboration with colleagues and project managers

In addition, you can also work with

• Asbestos remediation
• Remediation after pest infestation
• Cleaning and remediation after fire damage
• Clear-up and cleaning in connection with social cases
• Industrial tasks
• Tasks where work takes place at height

We imagine that you

We value your experience, but just as important is how you approach your work and meet customers and colleagues.

You do not need to know everything from day one. The most important thing is that you take responsibility, want to learn and contribute positively to the team.

We would like you to

• Have experience from damage service or similar industry – experience with damage service is a clear advantage
• Have asbestos certificate or experience with asbestos remediation – an advantage, but not a requirement
• Be in good physical shape and enjoy an active job where lifting and moving furniture and belongings can be part of the workday
• Be comfortable working at height, as some tasks may take place on ladders, lifts or other work platforms
• Work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Be quality-conscious and take pride in delivering good workmanship
• Be flexible and able to maintain an overview when today’s plans change
• Thrive on collaboration and help your colleagues when needed
• Live within a reasonable distance of our Holstebro office
• Speak and understand Danish
• Have a driving licence (category B)

It is a prerequisite that you can present a criminal record.
