About the role

As a QHSE Manager at Teledyne RESON you will have a central and visible role in the company’s overall work with quality, environment, safety and occupational health (EHS).

You will be responsible for driving and developing the quality management system (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and the Marine Equipment Directive (MED) as well as maintaining the company’s certifications – including TÜV.

You report to the Vice President Operations and become part of a small department where both strategic and operational tasks are a natural part of daily life, including ensuring operations in your department during team absence.

Your tasks

In this role you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks – both managerial, development-oriented and operations-focused. Your areas of focus will include:

• Securing and maintaining the company’s certifications (ISO 9001, TÜV, etc.)
• Daily responsibility for process and product quality
• Planning and conducting internal, external and supplier audits
• Developing, maintaining and evolving QMS processes
• Creating an annual cycle to ensure process follow-up and audits
• Advising and supporting process users across the organization
• Reporting on quality, environment and safety to authorities and the group
• Daily responsibility for EHS, including the occupational health council and reporting to authorities and the group
• Updating and testing contingency and business continuity plans

Your profile

To be successful in the role, we foresee that you

• Master Danish and English at a high level – both written and spoken
• Have strong analytical skills and a structured, business-oriented approach
• Thrive with responsibility, work independently and follow your tasks through to completion
• Possess assertiveness and the ability to navigate multiple projects at once
• Are proactive, solution-oriented and motivated by creating improvements
• Set direction in your department and support employees with choices and priorities
• Have strong communication skills and naturally collaborate across the organization
• Are used to working with ESG-, EHS- and quality documentation
• Have a practical and operational approach, where you make things happen in practice
