About the job

School and SFO pedagogue sought for Lundskolen

Are you passionate about creating participation opportunities for all children, and motivated to take initiative and put your professional expertise into play? Then you may be the person we are looking for as the new school pedagogue at Lundskolen.

We are looking for an engaged and proactive school pedagogue for our SFO and the primary school. The position is full-time (37 hours) with starting 1 January or as soon as possible.

About Lundskolen

Lundskolen has about 670 students from 0th to 9th grade. We have SFO 1 for children in 0th-3rd grade and SFO 2 for students in 4th-5th grade.

Our school district is growing, and we are now 4-stream in the lower school. In the summer of 2026 we opened a new building, which forms the framework for both the lower school and SFO, and the spaces give us different and better opportunities for community, learning and well-being.

About the position

As a school pedagogue you will become part of a strong pedagogical community, where we collaborate to support children's academic, social and personal development.

You will either be affiliated with a year group or work closely with a group of children who, for a period, need special support. We are looking for a pedagogue who not only participates in the initiatives we implement but also actively contributes with ideas, initiatives and solutions.

We value employees who see opportunities rather than limitations, take responsibility for the tasks and dare to lead when new initiatives are to be translated into practice.

In the SFO we work purposefully to create an inspiring leisure-time offering, where children meet engaged adults who can open new worlds through play, activities and communities. We emphasize that you bring your interests, competences and initiatives into play and help develop our pedagogical offerings.

As a school and SFO pedagogue you accompany the child through the whole day and therefore play an important role in collaboration with both parents, teachers and other partners.

We are looking for a pedagogue who

  • Is a qualified pedagogue and has strong pedagogical expertise.
  • Works from a fundamental belief that all children can develop academically, socially and personally when they meet with the right expectations and the right support.
  • Is proactive, taking initiative and sees themselves as an active co-creator of pedagogical solutions, activities and communities.
  • Dares to take responsibility, make decisions and translate ideas into action - both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Can bring themselves and their competences into play in collaboration with children, parents, year teams and cross-professional partners.
  • Is clear, relationship-driven and present - both in teaching and in the children's free play.
  • Is systematic and structured in their approach to tasks and pedagogical practice.
  • Is persistent in working with action plans, practice tracks and development pathways for the individual child.
  • Thrives in a daily life where no two days are the same, and where there is often a need to think creatively and act quickly.

We offer

  • A school with a strong collegial community and a collaborative culture characterized by trust, humor and high professionalism.
  • Skilled and engaged colleagues who help each other and lift one another in a collaborative environment.
  • Opportunity to influence the development of both school and after-school pedagogy.
  • A workplace in development where new ideas and initiatives are welcomed.
  • A work environment where we want it to be both exciting, meaningful and fun to go to work.

If you would like to help create a school and SFO where all children feel they belong and succeed, we look forward to hearing from you.

We will hold recruitment interviews in week 48.
