Security consultant

At JKS we are looking for an engaged full-time employee who wants to become an important part of our on-call team. We prefer that you reside in the Herning area.

The on-call arrangement is a central part of JKS' service to our customers. When the departments are closed, the On-Call is ready to assist with acute manpower needs.

About the position

As an on-call consultant you will be part of a team where we help each other, take responsibility and work closely with JKS' departments across the country.

You will become an important contact person for both customers and temporary workers, and your task is to ensure that acute staffing needs are handled quickly, professionally and correctly.

Your tasks will include among others

• Receive and handle acute customer orders.
• Find and book the right temporary workers through our system JKS+.
• Handle illness, cancellations, changes and urgent inquiries from customers and temporary workers.
• Ensure good communication and clear follow-up.
• Document tasks and ensure a good handover to the departments.
• Participate in joint on-call meetings and preparation of larger customer assignments and seasons.

You will work independently, but you are never alone. We are one JKS, and we succeed best when we help each other.

Qualifications

We imagine you are a person who thrives with responsibility, has a natural service mindset and can stay calm when things move fast.

You do not need to know all our customers or have experience from a staffing agency. The most important is that you want to learn and understand our business.

Experience with customer service, staffing, coordination or similar would be an advantage, but it is not a requirement.

Working hours

The position is on 37 hours per week , and the working hours are planned according to the on-call arrangement's needs.

You must therefore be prepared for varying working hours, including morning from 05.00-08.00-, evening from 16.00-24.00 - and weekend on-call from 05.00-23.00

The concrete working hours and schedule are agreed with the On-call leader.
