Independent and service-minded center manager for LOOP Center in Hedehusene

We are looking for a daily manager (approximately 20 hours per week) for LOOP Fitness in Hedehusene

The position is for you who are motivated to deliver good service and create great experiences for the members, and who will take pride in helping develop the center with initiatives and member recruitment.

It will be your responsibility that both existing and potential members experience a high level of service, presence, and professionalism in connection with their training and their contact with the center.

Your primary tasks will be

Hold trial sessions and guide members in their training

•

Provide good service in contact with members and potential members at the center or via email, phone or Facebook

•

Brand the center via Facebook as well as planning and hosting activities targeting both existing and new members

•

Ensure the center is neat, clean and tidy at all times

•

Hold meetings and plan marketing in consultation with the operations manager.

We do not necessarily expect you to have experience in the industry. We will make sure to prepare you for the job. If you do not already have a fitness instructor qualification, you are expected to complete one in connection with your start in the job.

The position requires you to act independently, demonstrate a certain maturity and be aware of your responsibility as the center's primary face to the outside world. At LOOP Fitness, people of all ages, types and motivations should be able to have a good experience with their training and feel welcome and comfortable.

It is clearly an advantage if you have experience from jobs where sales and good service are in the forefront – and that you enjoy and are good at that part of the job. At the same time it is an advantage if you have knowledge of personnel management, but not a prerequisite. You should have flair for IT, as you will need to manage membership administration and booking of sessions in our IT system.

If you have ties to and/or have a network in the local area - either through your former or current job, or as a passionate advocate in the community, it will also be an advantage.
