Our Center Director at Bøgely in Løgstør has chosen to retire, and we are therefore seeking her successor. We are re-advertising the position to find the right match for a well-run nursing home with engaged staff and high professional standards.

Bøgely is a nursing home with 48 permanent residences and 4 temporary spaces. There are 58 staff members. Bøgely is a house with many activities, and where many people come and go. At the nursing home, one of the municipality's three day centers is located. In addition, there is an in-house kitchen and a shared laundry. In the building, the Home Care District Løgstør also resides, and the Health Center has training facilities adjacent to the day center. Bøgely also has a number of volunteers affiliated – including the Friends Association.

You will become a leader in an organization where residents' quality of life, staff well-being and professional quality are the focus of daily life.

We are looking for a leader who can set direction, develop staff and create a balance between quality, resources and sustainable operations.

Salary and employment terms

The position is a full-time role, with start expected 1 Jan or by agreement.

Salary is negotiated according to the relevant collective agreement with the negotiating organization.
