SERVICE ECONOMY INTERN

Ultra is seeking a skilled and dedicated service and experience economy intern,

who is passionate about being part of an exciting everyday life in a team that is passionate about creating unique experiences

We are looking for an intern who has the will and desire to create good customer experiences. If you are studying service and experience economy or another relevant education and are seeking an internship, we would love to hear from you.

During the internship, you will be part of a small company in constant development where two days are rarely the same. We create unique experiences for our customers and always provide professional customer service.

We continually receive new projects, which means new tasks will be presented to you regularly, requiring a creative mind, and you are able to work independently and have good organizational sense.

During the internship, you will work closely with our Customer Relations Manager.

To ensure the best framework for your internship and your learning, we focus on creating a good office environment where there is both passion and seriousness about our work, but at the same time there should also be room for fun and coziness.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

• You are reliable, quick to learn, and service-oriented
• You are professionally skilled and good at communicating in Danish – both orally and in writing
• You are full of energy, proactive and a team player
• That you can work in a structured way and are comfortable working independently

YOUR ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

• Is enrolled in a service or event related education
• Familiarity with Mailchimp, Excel and Meta Business is an advantage but not a necessity

YOUR TASKS

• Handling customer inquiries
• Evaluation and optimization of customer service/customer journeys
• Handling administrative, financial and marketing-related tasks
• Various ad-hoc tasks
• Participation in event-specific tasks related to events (if the internship period falls during an event period)

The internship period must last at least 3 months. It is unpaid, and you are expected to be able to participate full-time.
