Customer Success Associate

We are looking for a Customer Success employee for Vinduespudserskolen

At Vinduespudserskolen we help people replace their current job with their own window cleaning business. The students learn the craft physically at the school in Copenhagen and receive thorough instruction in business development. Together, it gives them the foundation to build a successful window cleaning business.

Behind the school is a team working to help the students succeed. We are now looking for a new colleague for a Customer Success position.

Your main tasks will be to

• Follow up on students' weekly goals and refer them to relevant instructors when they need help.
• Ensure that all students use our internal systems correctly and get the most out of them.
• Follow up on students' study plan and assist those who fall behind.
• Speak with prospective students who wish to enroll at the school, as you gain more familiarity with our programs.
• Work closely with our development department regarding the students' wishes for teaching systems, etc.
• Collaborate with chief instructor Jonas who can relay the students' skills in the craft.

You will also be working closely with Asger and Malte, with whom you will share an office on Vestergade in Copenhagen. They are responsible for your training and onboarding, which takes up to 6 months before you operate "independently". Therefore we are looking for someone who can see a future at the school.

• Can work from Copenhagen every day.
• Enjoy dealing with people – every day.
• Have good interpersonal understanding.
• Thrive in a company that operates like a startup with many autonomous and engaged people.
• Feel at home in the jargon of a school with over 500 students, which can best be described as ”a lot of very lively guys”.

The position is full-time with pay according to qualifications.
