Service Manager for North Zealand Hospital in Hillerød

Do you want to make a difference and are you passionate about good leadership, then you might be our new Service Manager in the Facility Management (FM) department at North Zealand Hospital, Hillerød. In a few years we will inaugurate a completely new Hospital – now you have the opportunity to take part in the preparations for this as well as to have a workplace that will be quite special.

We are seeking: A service manager who will lead a group of employees consisting of service assistants and service workers organized into teams.

• You have experience in leading larger groups of staff
• You are passionate about working with culture, behavior and values-based leadership
• You have a strong focus on service and quality
• You have knowledge of the standards INSTA800 and NIR
• You are collaborative and constructive in your leadership style
• You are structured and good at following up

We offer: You will join the management team in FM Service, with direct reporting to the unit manager.

The daily work is characterized by a high degree of visibility, hands on out on the hospital, and close cooperation with the clinics regarding our services to them.

We attach great importance to having an open and free dialogue with plenty of room to breathe – but it must always be conducted with respect. We are serious, but we appreciate a daily life where there is also room for humor.

North Zealand Hospital offers a number of leisure activities for staff that may interest you. You can, among other things, sing in the hospital choir, play sports or holiday in the region's holiday homes.

We envision: You have experience from the service industry - preferably within cleaning and the health sector.

You are a skilled people leader.

You are both empathetic, proactive and able to see solutions.

You actively contribute with dialogue and sparring in the leadership team.

You are cheerful and have an affable personality.

It is an advantage if you have experience with data-driven operations.

It is important that you are flexible and cooperative with regard to the many different daily tasks. You are good at planning, prioritizing and making decisions. Good communication to both customers and employees is very important, which is why we emphasize that you can communicate clearly in writing and speaking.

Salary and terms: The position is a full-time role with start as soon as possible. Working hours are daytime hours.

Employment is in accordance with the collective agreement for leading service personnel.
