Service-minded plumbing installer for Building Services in Frederiksberg Municipality

About the position

As a VVS installer in Building Services you will have a varied day, where your working hours are split between administrative and practical VVS tasks.

You will become part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of plumbers, electricians, carpenters and ABA technicians, where together we are responsible for the operation, maintenance and development of the municipality's buildings.

Your tasks

• Inspections and professional sparring with colleagues
• Supervision of internal installers and follow-up on deviations
• Audit in 'Quality Assurance (QA) (Lecon / Danish Safety Authority)'
• Daily coordination, including phone, email and follow-up with the team
• Dialogue and coordination with external craftsmen
• Execution of dampers and smaller VVS tasks
• Maintenance and replacement of heating and ventilation systems
• Energy optimization and regulation
• Creation of tasks, quality assurance of completed work, documentation and invoicing
• Supervision and follow-up on framework agreements

About you

You are a trained VVS installer. We would like you to have experience from a similar role or have run your own VVS company and thrive in a role with both operation, quality assurance and coordination.

• Must be able to be registered as responsible for the trade (VVS installer) with the Danish Safety Authority from the start of employment
• Are strong in the VVS norm and have broad knowledge of the Rørcenter instructions
• Have experience with heating and ventilation systems
• Have knowledge of control/regulation (CTS is an advantage)
• Work in a structured way and have an eye for quality and documentation
• Are service-minded and good at dialogue with both colleagues and users
• Thrive with responsibility and can maintain an overview in a varied daily life

About us

Building Services is part of Facilities Service and Operations in Frederiksberg Municipality. We act as the “eyes on the ground” and handle both urgent tasks and planned maintenance. We are a unit in development with focus on energy management, data, financial management and good user service.

Salary and employment terms

The position is full-time (37 hours per week) and salary is according to the applicable collective agreement and the Ny Løn principles.
