Service Assistants for Health and Care Site in Hedensted

We are seeking service assistants and need stable employees for service tasks.

The positions are to be filled from January 1, 2027.

You will receive training and an introduction to the health and care facilities as a whole and to your colleagues in other professional groups as well as guidance from the service assistant in relation to cleaning, etc.

As a service assistant you work both independently and with colleagues and clinical staff. Tasks are carried out close to patients and clinical staff. Therefore you must be service-minded and able to thrive solving your tasks in patient-facing environments.

The positions are 37 hours per week. Working hours are from 07:00 to 18:00, with start times varying over the week. There is work every 3rd weekend and on holidays.

Would you like to handle tasks such as

• Cleaning of patient bedrooms, consultation rooms and common areas
• Cleaning of equipment and other furnishings
• Cleaning of offices, toilets and other shared facilities
• Final cleaning of patient bedrooms in connection with discharge
• Other ad-hoc tasks

You are flexible, have a positive approach to new workflows and tasks

• Have good physical and mental stamina
• Are reliable, mature and punctual
• Are quality-conscious and have a sense of order
• Are technologically proficient in the use of PC, internet and tablets
• Speak, write and read Danish

Health and Care Placements are part of Regionshospitalet Horsens in the Department of Citizen-Centered Health.

Health and care placements are located at several sites in Hedensted, Skanderborg, Odder and Horsens. Health and care placements are around-the-clock temporary placements for which the region will be responsible from 1 January 2027.

Employment terms

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the collective agreement between Danish Regions and the negotiating organizations. The position is covered by local pay scales negotiated with the relevant trade union.

Employment is conditional on a satisfactory child safety certificate
