Service Assistants for Health and Care Facility in Horsens

We are seeking service assistants and need stable employees for service tasks.

The positions are to be filled from January 1, 2027.

You will receive training and an introduction both to the Health and Care Placements as a whole and to your colleagues in other professional groups as well as from the service assistant regarding cleaning etc.

As a service assistant you work both independently and together with colleagues and clinical staff. The tasks are carried out close to patients and clinical staff. Therefore you must be service-minded and able to thrive in solving your tasks in patient-near environments.

The positions are 37 hours per week. The start times are between 07:00 and 18:00, with start times varying over the week. There is work every 3rd weekend and on holidays.

Do you want to handle tasks such as

• Cleaning of patient rooms, consultation rooms and living facilities
• Cleaning of equipment and other inventory
• Cleaning of offices, toilets and other shared facilities
• Final cleaning of patient rooms in connection with discharge
• Other incidental work

You are flexible, have a positive approach to new workflows and tasks

• Have a good physical and mental condition
• Are reliable, mature and punctual
• Are quality-conscious and have a sense of order
• Are technologically proficient in using PC, internet and tablets
• Speak, write and read Danish

Health and Care Placements are part of Region Horsens Hospital in the Department of Citizen-Centered Health. The Health and Care Placements are located at several locations in Hedensted, Skanderborg, Odder and Horsens. The health and care placements are 24/7 temporary placements that the region will take responsibility for from 01-01-2027.

Employment terms

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the collective agreement between Danish Regions and negotiating organizations. The position is covered by local pay formation negotiated with the professional organization.
