Customer service assistant for client in Hedehusene

Would you like a workday where you both get your hands dirty with machines and talk to customers? Anzet is seeking a service assistant in Hedehusene for a longer-term temporary position with a view to permanent employment at a company that rents out machines and equipment.

It is a small workplace with a good sense of togetherness, a fast pace and an informal tone.

Working hours shift every other week: 6:00–14:00 one week and 09:00–17:00 the next. The wage is 180 DKK per hour plus a collectively agreed package.

You will work with

• Preparation, cleaning and fueling of machines and equipment
• Delivery to customers and reception when equipment is returned
• Inspection of the equipment and registration of faults, damages and deficiencies
• Customer contact by phone and email as well as creation and follow-up of orders
• Minor repairs, practical tasks and help in the workshop when needed

About you

• You have a practical and technical sense and are good at talking to customers
• You can use regular IT and write an email
• You work independently, keep track of things and help out where needed
• You have a driving license. A forklift certificate is an advantage
• If you have experience from a workshop, construction and civil engineering sector or with machines such as dump trucks or excavators, that is a plus
