Several turnkey contractors for a large construction project in Varde

Are you used to larger construction sites, and do you thrive best when you work together with other skilled carpenters in a larger crew? Then you have the opportunity here to become part of a large new build in Varde, where good craftsmanship, pace and cooperation go hand in hand.

We are seeking several skilled contract carpenters for our partner on a larger barracks construction in Varde.

Here you will become part of a professional construction site with many tradespeople and a larger carpentry crew. This is the job for you who knows the everyday on a project, can work from drawings and agreements, and thrives with the fact that as a team you must keep production running smoothly.

You must be able to work independently with your own tasks, but at the same time be a team player. On a project of this size you depend on each other, and it requires carpenters who show up reliably, keep the pace and deliver a proper piece of work.

What you will be doing

• Classic contract carpenter work in connection with the new building
• Work according to drawings, project materials and agreed solutions
• Execution of various carpentry tasks in line with the progress of the construction
• Collaboration with the other carpenters in the crew on daily production
• Coordination with the construction management and other trades on site
• Ensure high quality while maintaining a good and efficient work pace.

What we value

• You are a trained carpenter and have solid experience in the trade
• You preferably have experience from larger construction sites and contracting projects
• You thrive working in a larger crew and contribute to the team functioning
• You can read drawings and translate them into good craftsmanship on site
• You work efficiently without compromising on quality
• You take responsibility for your own tasks and follow them through properly
• You are stable and used to the structure and pace that come with larger construction projects.

The company offers

• The opportunity to become part of a large and professional construction project in Varde, where you work side by side with other experienced carpenters
• A strong professional environment in a larger crew, where cooperation, good craftsmanship and progress are a natural part of the workday
• Possibility for piecework, where you already in the probation period help develop the piecework rate, which is settled directly with the company after permanent employment
• A workplace with a professional construction organization around you, so there are clear frameworks and a focus on making the production function
• Possibility for permanent employment with the company if the collaboration works for both parties.
