A work-life balance: We listen to you. Tell us what number of hours (up to 37 hours) and which shift form best fits your private life.

Your primary tasks will be to

Provide personal care and practical assistance focusing on the citizen's own resources (rehabilitation).

Create structure, security and good moments of joy in the citizen's own home.

Observe changes in the citizen's condition and document them accurately in our Nexus systems.

Collaborate closely with your SSA- and nursing colleagues to ensure the best holistic care.

Practical framework

Weekly working hours: Flexible (we adjust the hour count to your wishes).

Employment: In accordance with the applicable collective agreement with FOA - Social- and health care personnel.

The monthly salary range for full-time, excluding pension, is between DKK 27,985.75 and DKK 32,644.59.

It should be noted that final placement, including the collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on education, experience and qualifications according to the principles of Ny løn.”

Shift form: Primarily day shift with weekend shifts every 2 weeks on a fixed rotation.

Workplace: Holistic Care at Skælskør Centre, Næstvedvej, Slagelse Municipality.
