Plejecenter Marienlyst a medium-sized care center with 37 apartments, located in the eastern district of Skive.

We have about 30 employees distributed across various professional groups.

We have an amazing multidisciplinary collaboration throughout the house and place great emphasis on helping each other. On weekdays we focus on creating a good sense of community and a good working environment.

For example

• Triaging: We hold daily meetings where we discuss each resident's situation and needs
• The rehabilitative mindset: We support residents in living as independent a life as possible, for as long as possible
• Electronic documentation: We document via our care system Nexus
• Implementation of the new elderly act.
