Shift supervisor sought for 25 hours at Rush Trampoline Park

Rush Trampolinpark in Aarhus is seeking a committed Shift Leader for about 25 hours per week , who will help ensure that our guests have a fun, safe and fantastic experience – every time.

As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for the operation during your shifts. On your shifts you lead the team, allocate tasks, follow up on routines and procedures, and ensure that the park operates as it should. You are also an important role model and lead with positive energy, clear communication and good humor.

The position requires you to be present in the operation and comfortable with working hours that mainly lie in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends. You will join a fixed shift schedule with the possibility to swap shifts with your colleagues.

Your responsibilities

• Lead staff and operations on your shift in accordance with Rush's values and procedures
• Ensure correct opening and closing of the park as well as the execution of checklists and tasks
• Prioritize and allocate the day's tasks
• Ensure that guests have a good and safe experience
• Contribute to a strong collaboration, high well-being and ongoing improvements in the park
• Actively participate in the execution of technical tasks as well as contribute to maintenance and troubleshooting in the park
• Communicate with the rest of the leadership team about operations, challenges and ideas
