About the position

As a site supervisor/construction manager you are the client\'s eyes and ears on the construction site. You take on a central role in ensuring that projects are carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with contract documents, regulatory requirements and applicable standards. You will be part of a multidisciplinary project team and work closely with the project manager, designers and other technical supervisors. The role includes both classical supervision tasks and construction management responsibilities, depending on the project type and your profile. Your main tasks will include, among others:

• Conduct technical supervision within rail disciplines such as track, earthworks, structures, drainage, traction power and/or signaling
• Ensure quality, progress and proper documentation
• Review and follow up on the contractor\'s quality assurance materials
• Participate in and facilitate construction meetings
• Handle technical clarifications, deviations and additional works
• Contribute to schedule and budget tracking
• Assist in testing, commissioning and handover

About you

We are looking for a structured and proactive profile with a sharp overview, who can navigate complex projects while ensuring progress and quality. You thrive in a role with responsibility and many collaboration interfaces and are able to build and maintain strong relationships – both internally within the organization and externally with clients and contractors. We imagine that you:

• Have experience with supervision on rail projects
• Have solid experience from the consulting industry and/or from contracting companies
• Have a relevant engineering background
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both Danish and English
