In Helsingør Municipality’s home care in Espergærde, you will become part of a unique team consisting of SSAs and SSHs for Espergærde, Ålsgårde and Hornbæk.

You will join as one of three evening nurses who are present in the municipality’s home care every evening. In addition, you will be part of a team with another fixed nurse who will work opposite weeks to yours.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a nurse and can take on clinical leadership
• Can be the responsible nurse for employees distributed across three facilities
• Can make independent decisions and take responsibility for prioritising tasks as well as delegating to other professional groups
• Thrives in interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Has a focus on nursing quality for citizens and collaboration with relatives
• Has the skills and the care to handle palliative and terminal citizens in their own home
• Contributes to a good working environment in the team, and helps create a positive culture with psychological safety

About us

You will become part of an experienced team, which will also consist of fixed evening shifts. You will be attached to one of the two managers who have the base at the unit, as Espergærde Home Care consists of four small teams. Since the evening shift is a smaller team, you will sit together when you sign in. You will have influence over what should be taught or discussed at our SPL/SSA meetings, as well as if you have wishes for specific training.

Practical information

We want the position filled at 30 hours, with the possibility of 37 hours. There is a weekend shift every other weekend.

You must have a driving licence.

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

The position is to be filled as soon as possible.
