About the Skolebakken Care Home

Skolebakken is located in Nakskov and has 50 residents distributed across five houses. We are a workplace in development, where together we work to create safe, dignified and meaningful everyday lives with space for each resident’s wishes and needs.

Professionalism, well-being and collaboration are central values for us. You will become part of a dedicated team and have close collaboration with, among others, nurses, therapists, dementia consultants and the care home doctor.

About the position and you

We are looking for you who are trained as a social- and health care assistant, are professionally grounded and want to develop yourself both professionally and personally. You take responsibility for your tasks, are reliable and contribute with a positive and solution-oriented approach to everyday life.

In your interactions with residents, you work with respect, empathy and a view of each individual’s needs and resources. You thrive on teamwork and actively contribute to a collegial community where trust, respect and shared responsibility are the foundation.

Salary and employment terms

Permanent full-time position of 37 hours per week.

Mixed day and evening shifts.

Start date: January 1, 2027 or as agreed.

Workplace: Skolebakken Care Home, Nakskov.

Starting salary: DKK 27,536.34 per month for 37 hours per week (pay grade 19 + base allowance of DKK 1,578). Ending salary: DKK 32,277.92 per month for 37 hours per week (pay grade 29 + base allowance of DKK 3,078). Pension: 14%. Optional allowance: 1.29%.

Salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the principles of local pay setting.

Prior to employment, a criminal record check will be obtained for the person offered the position.
