Egvad Nursing Home consists of

• Demensafdelingen “For-Glem-Mig-Ej” with 20 residents, where work is based on person-centered care and a deep understanding of each individual's needs according to their life history.
• The somatic department “Kastaniebo” with 21 residents, where quality of life, safety and professionalism go hand in hand; also here with person-centered care.

We work strategically with quality assurance, staff well-being and development of practice – and we have a strong focus on creating a good and active daily life for the residents , based on their wishes and needs, which requires a good night's sleep, which our 2 night shifts help to provide.

🔍 We are looking for

• A competent social- and health care helper or a professionally skilled social- and health care assistant

For permanent night shift 5-2 , 30 hours per week – or by agreement. Weekend shift every 2nd or 3rd week.

💬 We imagine that you

• Are SSH or SSA trained , and have experience from the elderly sector – preferably also with dementia
• Thrive in an environment with high professionalism and a focus on relationships
• Are welcoming, mature and independent , and good at creating security and trust
• Have an eye for both the small and large needs of residents – and their relatives
• Want to contribute with your ideas and energy in an open and loyal collegial community
• Have knowledge of person-centered care
• Have experience from the elderly sector.

• Positions are to be filled by January 1, 2027 – or as soon as possible

• We hold interviews in week 48
