Skilled fitters for machine building – permanent and temporary positions

Gram Equipment A/S is the world-leading producer of advanced equipment and process plants for industrial ice production. Our products are high-tech ice cream machines, which we design and assemble in close cooperation with customers around the world. Each machine is customer-specific, and our employees take pride in delivering quality and precision in machine construction.

With us we work on a project basis, which means that you typically switch between different types of equipment during the week. The workload can vary – at times it requires extra effort, while at other times you have the option to use your flexitime.

You can expect a varied daily life with exciting and different tasks, where your ideas are welcomed positively. You will have broad contact with the rest of the organization – including development, project and procurement departments – and you will become an important player thanks to your professional competencies.

Your primary tasks

• Assembly and fitting of complex machines and process equipment
• Fine-mechanical assembly based on drawings and bills of materials
• Quality assurance and ongoing optimization of assembly processes
• Collaboration with the development department on improvements and solutions
• Possible participation in installation at customer sites (in the long term)

To succeed in the job you have a professional background such as

• Educated metalworker, boilermaker, mechanic, auto mechanic, machinist, toolmaker, industrial technician or similar
• Experience with fine-mechanical assembly – preferably within the process industry, stainless steel or the food industry
• Used to reading technical drawings and bills of materials

It is advantageous if you can communicate in English, as our customers participate in testing and approval of the equipment – but it is not a requirement.
