Butcher wanted for day shift in Vemmelev (Slagelse)

As a butcher you will be part of an experienced production team, where quality, cooperation and efficiency are the focus. Your everyday work will primarily take place in the mincing room, but you will also participate in trimming, which provides a varied workday with different tasks.

Arbejdsopgaver

• Work in the mincing room with production and processing of meat
• Butchery and preparation of meat products
• Ensure high quality and compliance with applicable hygiene requirements
• Contribute to efficient production in collaboration with colleagues
• Participate in other ad hoc tasks in production

Faglige Kvalifikationer

• You are trained as a detail/gourmet butcher
• You have experience with production and portioning
• You work with a quality mindset and have a focus on food safety and hygiene
• You can read and understand Danish

Personlige kvalifikationer

• You are reliable and responsible
• You thrive with physical work and a good pace
• You work well both independently and as part of a team
• You have a positive attitude and are ready to get stuck in where needed

Særlige forhold

• Working hours: 6:30-15:00
• Five days per week
• Fixed workplace in Slagelse
• This is a versatile position with tasks in both the mincing room and butchery
