🚜 SLANGERUP: EXCAVATOR OPERATORS WANTED – YOU MUST NOT ONLY BE ABLE TO MOVE EARTH. YOU MUST KNOW WHY YOU MOVE IT

There is a difference between being able to operate an excavator and being an excavator operator .

The good excavator operator understands the task around the machine. You know what the people down in the excavation need, can dig precisely around pipes and cables, and use your head when reality doesn’t quite match the drawing.

Can you recognize yourself in that?

Then we are looking for more experienced excavator operators in Slangerup for permanent work with earth, sewers and construction.

🚜 The machine is a tool – not just a good chair with a joystick

You will primarily work with excavators from about 2–9 tons , and occasionally also machines up to around 15 tons .

Some of the tasks can include

🔹 Excavation for sewers and cables

🔹 Earth and construction work

🔹 Pipeline work

🔹 Grading

🔹 Work around pipe laying

🔹 General contracting tasks

Some places you have plenty of space.

Other places require a bit more finesse, where the shovel has to go exactly where it should.

Preferably without taking an existing pipe as a souvenir. 😅

💪 We are looking for an excavator operator who can think for themselves

You must have experience operating machines from the contracting industry and preferably understand work around earth, sewers and construction .

We are looking for you who

• Have solid experience with excavators
• Can work independently
• Work precisely and with quality
• Can collaborate with pipe fitters and colleagues on site
• Take responsibility for both the machine and the task
• Show up reliably
• Have Class B driving license

Having BE is an advantage.

You do not need to be a pipe layer.

But you should understand that a skilled excavator operator does not only look at the shovel – they also understand what needs to happen down in the hole.

🔧 When the drawing meets reality

Construction work would be easy if everything always lay exactly where the drawing says.

That’s not how reality always works.

Therefore we are looking for people who can keep an overview, assess the conditions and find a proper solution.

And yes – when the work requires it, you should also be able to get out of the machine and help.

We know the cab is extra cozy when it rains. 😉
