About the job

IBF in Ringe strengthens its position and is seeking an additional blacksmith who will help strengthen our production.

You will become part of a well-functioning team where cooperation and quality are in focus. At the same time you will be part of a larger workplace with around 100 colleagues in Ringe. Your daily working hours will be Monday-Friday 6:00-14:00.

Your tasks will include various welding and production tasks, such as repairing and improving machines and equipment.

You will be trained through on-the-job training and will receive a thorough introduction to the tasks.

Your profile

It is primarily a requirement that you have a welding certificate and a forklift certificate. We would like you to be used to thinking practically and creatively to find the best solutions. It may be that you have experience from agriculture or similar industries, where you have had to adapt solutions and repairs independently to improve the machines.

We imagine that you

  • Have experience with MAG welding
  • Are practically inclined and thrive with physical work
  • Work independently, but also contribute to the team
  • Have focus on quality and safety
  • Would preferably have understanding of drawings as well as speaking/writing in Danish

We offer

  • A stable job in a company with high activity
  • A strong team with good sparring and collaboration
  • Thorough training via experienced colleagues
  • A workplace with many colleagues and a good working environment

Does that sound interesting?

If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to contact chairman Lars Kenneth Schou at telephone +45 41 90 53 48.

We hold interviews on an ongoing basis and close the job posting when we have found the right fit for the team.

About IBF

IBF is a Danish, family-owned production company with proud traditions and strong values. We are specialists in concrete and work purposefully to develop more sustainable solutions for the construction of the future. With a focus on responsibility, we have set an ambitious goal to reduce CO2 emissions in the group by 70% by the end of 2030, and we already have products in both paving, drainage and precast concrete with significant CO2 reductions. For example, we have reduced CO2 emissions from a gray Modul tile 40x40x5 by 34% compared to production in 2021.

With us, action, responsibility and respect are the basis for collaboration – and we go the extra mile to deliver quality every single day. We have a strong camaraderie, an informal tone and a working environment where everyone contributes and lifts together. We believe that diversity is a strength – and perhaps it is you we are missing on the team.
