You will land in a larger metalworking department, where the work is oriented towards business/commercial. The tasks range from fabrication and assembly to installation and fieldwork. Some days you will handle tasks on your own, other days you will work with a partner. Emphasis is placed on good social cohesion so you don’t just show up and disappear.

Everyday: Construction, assembly and fieldwork

Your everyday The day alternates between Fabrication and assembly of constructions and going out on installation tasks. You work according to the task in front of you, and you must be able to keep track of both finish, assembly and practical execution. When the task requires two people, you work with a partner.

You will among other things work with

• Fabricate and assemble constructions
• Take installation and fieldwork on the job
• Adjust and install pieces after agreement
• Cutting, drilling and fitting
• Repair and reconfiguration

The social aspect also fills daily life, so you must be able to be part of a team and not just mind your own corner. At the same time you should speak up if something doesn’t add up, so the task is solved properly the first time.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes We do not expect that you have done it all before. But you must be able to see a task and get started.

We imagine that you

• Have experience as a welder, preferably a couple of years
• Are comfortable with construction, assembly and installation
• Can work independently when the task requires it
• Work well with a partner on fieldwork
• Show up reliably and don’t deliver something half-done

It is an advantage if you have worked with both fabrication and installation before. But the most important is that you take responsibility and fit into a team with good cohesion.
