Social and Health Care Assistant for day shift in Local Team Hastrup

You will need to be on duty every 3rd weekend.

We are based at Gymnasievej 8 in Køge, where we start from by bike.

Om jobbet In Local Team Hastrup we work with holistic care, prevention and rehabilitation in citizens' own homes. We work targeted so that the individual citizen can live the good life filled with joy and security. We do this, among other things, by starting from the individual citizen and involving the individual citizen's family in a constructive collaboration.

We work in cross-disciplinary mini-teams that cover the entire needs of a fixed group of citizens.

You will, among other things, work with

• Holistic care based on a preventive and rehabilitative approach for the individual citizen.
• Involvement of the citizen and their network in a constructive collaboration.
• Transferred nursing tasks such as medication dosing, wound care, stoma etc. The tasks are aligned with your competence assessment.
• Be proactive in seeking knowledge about new professional instructions and guidelines.

You must be willing to be trained in new nursing tasks so we can continuously ensure you gain new competencies and professional development.

When you start with us, you will have an introduction program tailored to your competencies. You will also get a buddy attached in the initial period.

Om Lokalteam Hastrup In Local Team Hastrup we are approx. 50 permanent employees, consisting of social- and health care helpers, social- and health care assistants, nurses and therapists as well as fixed substitutes, students and trainees. We live centrally in Køge and are close to public transport options.

The individual mini-teams plan their own tasks and driving lists daily, creating continuity and quality for the individual citizen. We also have several welfare-technology solutions in everyday life – including digital training and screen visits.

With us we place emphasis on collaboration, professionalism and good community. We help each other – even when something is difficult – because it provides calm and capacity, which can be felt in daily life. At the same time we focus on the good balance between work and private life.

We are a cycling district, so you must be able to cycle and bring your own bike to work. We have e-bikes that can be borrowed for our long routes. You get plenty of fresh air during the workday when you cycle around to the citizens.

Who are we looking for It is a requirement that you are educated as a social and health care assistant with Danish authorization.

• See yourself as a member of a cross-disciplinary team, where all professional groups actively contribute.
• Communicate clearly and with respect for citizens, relatives, colleagues and others.
• Work independently, and dare to make your own qualified decisions – e.g. write relevant messages to the citizen's own doctor and other collaborators.
• Document according to the rules. We document in Nexus and training in the system is part of the introduction program.

It is important that our new colleague contributes to a positive working environment where we support each other, so everyone can have a good workday. In addition, you must be loyal to the joint decisions we make in the team.

Salary and employment terms according to applicable collective agreement and after negotiation with the negotiating organization.
