Social and Health Care Assistant for Evening Shift in Home Care Birkerød

You will become part of a colleague group consisting of nurses, social and health care assistants and social and health care helpers.

About the job

You will become part of an evening shift group where everyone takes responsibility and is engaged. The evening shifts run in 2 shifts in a 2/5 arrangement with weekend duty every 2nd weekend.

We work rehabilitatively and interdisciplinary with the premise that the individual citizen should have the opportunity to stay in their own home as long as possible.

Your primary tasks will be to perform the basic care and support tasks for citizens in their own home.

Your profile

• You are educated as a social and health care helper with a desire to work in the evening.
• You are curious and proactive and follow up tasks to the end.
• You have good communication skills, work structurally and are able to maintain an overview.
• You have the desire and interest to work closely with nurses and social and health care assistants.

Employment terms

The position is to be started as soon as possible or by agreement.

• Employment according to applicable collective agreement.
• Upon appointment, a criminal record certificate is requested.
• Driving license is a requirement.

• Each team works closely with their own district nurses from the evening care, who contribute with professional sparring and support in complex processes.
• We hold fixed triage meetings 3 times a week.
• We are located close to train and bus connections.
