• Weekly interdisciplinary team meetings
• Professional nursing meetings every 14 days in our own team
• Monthly professional meetings across our cluster
• Quarterly professional meetings across the municipality
• Joint training and relevant competency development programs
• Sparring with specialists in, among other things, palliation, wounds, dementia and psychiatry
• An individually tailored introduction program with support from our internal quality-responsible nurse
• Ongoing professional sparring and opportunities for reflection in everyday work
