Social and Health Care Assistant for Maternity Leave Cover, Home Care Vejen South

We are seeking a trained social- and health care helper for a maternity leave cover in day shift of 37 hours per week or by agreement. Work every second weekend.

In Home Care Vejen South you meet dedicated colleagues, high professionalism and a strong sense of community. Together we help citizens in Askov and Vejen South to live a safe and meaningful life in their own home.

We work based on the new Elderly Act and have a focus on self-determination, holistic care, continuity and rehabilitation . For us, good care is about creating secure relationships, seeing the whole person and ensuring that citizens meet familiar faces in daily life.
