We are busy in our multidisciplinary teams and therefore seek a permanent social- and health assistant for our home care team 3, who helps citizens in the rural areas around Hørning.

With us rehabilitation, multidisciplinary collaboration and community are an important part of daily life. We work from a goal that citizens should experience as much independence, quality of life and coherence in their daily lives. We are in full swing with implementing the Elderly Act - and therefore focus on co-determination for both citizens and employees into this process.

We offer

• Permanent position as social- and health assistant, preferably 37 hours per week
• Mixed shifts , where you will have day and evening shifts as well as weekend every third weekend

About you

We are looking for someone who

• Is trained social- and healthcare assistant
• Wants to work rehabilitatively and start from the individual citizen's hopes, goals and dreams
• Thrives with multidisciplinary collaboration and sees the value in using each other’s professionalities and engages their own professionalism
• Is engaged, responsible and reliable
• Has a positive attitude, respect for others' decisions and professionalities and actively contributes to a good working environment
• Wants to contribute to developing understanding of the new Elderly Act and our way of working
• Has a driving license and can ride a bicycle
