Social and Health Care Assistant sought for day shift at a new nursing home

Your tasks

You will be an important part of everyday life around the residents and will among other things:

• Provide professional and compassionate care and help.
• Work rehabilitatively focusing on the residents' resources and self-determination.
• Observe and document changes in residents' condition.
• Contribute to a safe and dignified everyday life for the residents.
• Be the contact person for residents and relatives.
• Participate in interdisciplinary coordination and planning.
• Contribute to activities, community and good experiences in everyday life.
• Assist with training and support of students and new colleagues.

Practical

The position is 37 hours per week or as agreed in day shifts with work every 2nd weekend.

Employment from 1 October 2026 or as soon as possible.

Permanent caregivers and assistants have their own iPad and smartphone as documentation tools. Substitute workers and students have a personal smartphone.

As part of the rehabilitation effort welfare technology is prioritized. For example, digital training in home care and visits can be delivered over a screen.
