Social and health care assistant sought for evening shift in Abildparken Levebomiljø

We are looking for a social and health care assistant for the evening shift on 28-37 hours per week. Other hours can be agreed.

This is a permanent position with start date 1 December 2026.

In Levebo Abildparken, 60 citizens live in their own apartments in Frederikshavn.

We value creating as home-like an environment as possible. It is also the staff in the houses who handle cooking and shopping. There are six houses with 10 residents in each house. Two of the houses are specially arranged for residents with a dementia diagnosis, and here a fixed dementia coordinator is attached as a close partner.

The vacant position is attached to one of our dementia houses. Here we work with residents who, in addition to their dementia diagnosis, may also have somatic health issues and care needs. The position therefore provides an opportunity to work with both dementia-related and somatic tasks in daily life.

We continuously follow up on care and treatment. Many of our residents have complex issues that require close and continuous attention. For this, we use triage as an important tool.

You are a trained social and health care assistant. Experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.

In your application you may include concrete examples of how

• You use your professional skills in collaboration with people who need care, treatment and rehabilitation.
• You actively and independently assess how you should act in a critical situation, for example if a resident reacts violently.
• You build a good relationship with the residents and their relatives.

• You contribute to a positive working environment.

You will work cross-disciplinary with both internal and external partners. Therefore we emphasize that you have good communicative abilities, both oral and written.

It is an advantage if you have good IT skills, as documentation and charting is done in Cura.

To be considered for the position, you must be able to present a criminal record.
