We are currently seeking a Social and Health Care Assistant in our private home care department in Aalborg. You thrive with holistic care and can see yourself as an important team member in relation to the Elder Law. Carelink Pleje Aalborg handles private home care across the entire municipality. As a Social and Health Care Assistant, you will participate in the daily care of our citizens, you will be a partner and provide support to your colleagues. We are expanding to be able to provide health care services and deliver holistic care at a high professional level, therefore we need you.

There will be consideration of your wishes so that work life and private life balance. You can expect to work weekends every 4th weekend and during day shifts.

We need professionally skilled colleagues to ensure the continued interdisciplinary dialogue and in the implementation of the new Elder Law and health reform.

You can expect a workplace with ample opportunities for professional development. You are expected to be able to work independently and have a good overview, with an understanding of working according to applicable instructions and procedures.
