About the position

We are seeking a social and health care assistant or social- and health care aide who is interested in mixed shifts day/evening with work every 2nd weekend.

You have the opportunity to influence your duty roster and we, as far as possible, take your wishes and needs into account.

We ensure a staff member who has broad professional competencies and who dares to take responsibility. We are working purposefully to implement triage in our daily life to increase professionalism and distribute competencies so that our residents receive the right help.

The position is initially 37 hours per week.

We work from the concept “RÆK MIG LIGE SAMARBEJDET - TAK!”, which is intended to help ensure a good working environment where collaboration and professionalism are at the center.

Expected start date January 1, 2027, preferably earlier if possible.

Professional competencies

• Can work based on a rehabilitative approach
• Can see the value in working cross-disciplinary
• Strong health professional competencies to carry out tasks in accordance with the Health Act
• Is familiar with CURA/FMK

Personal competencies

• Independence in task execution
• Is a proactive team player who can ensure collaboration through responsibility, a positive attitude and is receptive to others’ viewpoints
• Is robust and possesses physical and mental stamina
• Can, with good communication, create a good dialogue with residents, partners and colleagues.

Salary and terms of employment

According to the applicable collective agreement between KL and the bargaining organization.
