Social and health care assistants for Greve Municipality's temporary 24‑hour beds and the upcoming health and care facilities under the Region

In concrete terms, there has been a horizontal agreement that Greve Municipality will operate the Regional Health and Care Places for the Region in 2027 and 2028.

On the same parcel of land, some of Greve Municipality's own temporary 24-hour beds will also be located.

We are seeking a couple of social and health care assistants who are professionally broadly grounded, quickly able to establish good relationships and are good at working across disciplines, rehabilitative and have a person-centered approach to task solving.

The vacant positions are in mixed shifts, either mainly as evening shifts with a few day shifts over 12 weeks, or mainly as day shifts, with some evening shifts over 12 weeks. The hourly total is generally 37 hours, depending on how you wish to work.

• That you are educated as a Social and Health Care Assistant, and preferably with at least 2 years of experience.
• That you are good at adapting
• That you quickly are able to build good relationships.
• That you have a good clinical eye and are professionally sound.
• That you can work goal-oriented and structured, and are good at handling changes.
• That you have good communication skills both written and verbal.
• That you have a good mood and ability to spread a positive atmosphere.

Salary and employment

Expected to start no later than January 1, 2027 (respecting planned holidays).

The position reports to the department manager.
