Social- and Health Care Assistants sought for the upcoming Health and Care Placements in Hobro, Mariagerfjord Municipality – Aalborg University Hospital

Would you like to help develop the upcoming Health and Care Places?

We are seeking several social- and health care assistants for permanent positions of 37 hours per week or as agreed, with employment from 1 January 2027.

We are facing an exciting development, where the upcoming Health and Care Places in Hobro will become part of the future close health care system. Therefore we are looking for social- and health care assistants who want to help create and develop a new service with high professional standards and the citizen at the centre. You will have a unique opportunity to put your mark on both professional practice, workflows and the development of the places.

The upcoming Health and Care Places shall support coherent pathways for citizens with complex health and care needs. The task includes care, treatment, observation, rehabilitation and coordination of citizen pathways and will be characterized by high professionalism, close interdisciplinary collaboration and focus on quality in the total effort.

You will become part of a strong interdisciplinary team consisting of social- and health care assistants, social- and health care helpers, nurses, therapists and other partners, who together work to create the best possible pathways for citizens.

We work to create coherent pathways with the citizen at the centre. It requires high professionalism, strong interdisciplinary collaboration and focus on both care, treatment and rehabilitation. Together we create quality, security and the best conditions for citizens' further journeys.

The positions are in mixed shifts, and you must at minimum be able to work in two shift teams. Working on weekends and holidays is according to the current shift plan.

We expect that there will be onboarding at the upcoming Health and Care Places at both Hobro Old People’s Home and Solgaven. The two units move together to Hobro Hospital in the second half of 2027 and will here form one consolidated unit.
