Social- and health care helper for day shift in Galten Care District

The position is 37 hours – or whatever you want. Weekend work every 3rd week.

We have many exciting focus/development initiatives underway

• Focus on increasing professionalism through the transfer of health services – and thus the sosu helper's role comes into play
• Continued development of team collaboration in the cross-disciplinary teams consisting of social- and health care helpers/assistants, nurses, therapists and visitators
• Use of video visits and other welfare technology
• Focus on documentation in Cura, early detection, triage and care and welfare conditions
• Focus on the rehabilitative approach as part of the care and welfare processes

We work with the new Elderly Act integrated into team collaboration, where the aim is to give the older citizen an aging period characterized by as much joy of life, self-reliance, care and presence with a starting point in the individual’s life situation and needs.

Holistic care is a key concept in the Elderly Act, and it is about seeing the whole person – both social, mental and physical well-being. We offer help and care as a cohesive and inclusive care and nursing pathway.

• Possess clear communication, process and relationship-building in collaboration with the citizen
