Social- and Health Helper in a temporary position at Jægersborghave, 2nd floor, south

Are you professionally strong and proficient in your communication and have a good overview?

Then we are looking for you as our new social and health care helper in a temporary position 1.12.26-31.8.27. You will need to work as follows

1.12.26-24.1.27 in day shift with weekend every 3 weeks. (32-37 hours per week)

25.1.27-23.5.27 in night shift on even weeks. (28 hours)

24.5.27-31.8.27 in day shift with weekend every 3 weeks. (32-37 hours per week)

You will as a social and health care helper join a team consisting of a department manager, two professional coordinators in day shift, two persons responsible in the evening shift, and colleagues with different educations and backgrounds. In daily work you will participate in care, practical assistance and help create the good everyday life for our residents.

Jægersborghave works with sensory stimulation, resident conferences, the good meal, reduction of antipsychotic medication, prevention of hospital admissions and the good everyday life.

We have strong interdisciplinary competences available through our dementia consultant, our pharmaconomist and our development nurse.
